Jacqueline Noboa Torres
Jacqueline is the Financial Manager, specifically dealing with matters related to the financial and tax aspects of our firm. She is a Commercial Engineer with a Mention in Business Administration from the Catholic University in Quito.
She worked for thirty years in Finance and Cost Charges as Economics and Finance Specialist, Senior Budget Coordinator, Senior Treasury Coordinator, Head of Costs and Advisor to the International Trade Management for Public Company EP PETROECUADOR, as well as Coordinator of the PFIRGAD Program for the Development Bank of Ecuador.
Jacqueline has been trained at INCAE through the Management Development Program, at the Institute for National Higher Studies IAEN in the National Public Finance System; in the Institute of Petroleum Studies in matters of Strategic Planning. She is certified by the Small Business Negotiation Training Institute and the Oracle University in the Implementation E_Business Suit Oracle, R12 X Oracle Manufacturing Functional Foundations ED 1 PRV, UPK Developer Real 3.5 Ed 1 PRV.
